Product Description
The Magewell Eco Capture HDMI 4K M.2 is a single-channel 4K video capture card with an M.2 2280 Type M (PCIe Gen2 x4) host interface. It installs directly into the M.2 slot of a laptop or embedded system, eliminating the need for a traditional PCIe slot. The card is available in two wiring variants: Part No. 11520 (JST SHD 20-Pin socket) and Part No. 11524 (FPC 20-Pin socket). Both variants support HDMI 1.4 and DVI-D 1.0 signal input at resolutions up to 4096x2160 pixels and frame rates up to 144fps. The video processing pipeline delivers approximately 360 Mpixels/s bandwidth, supporting de-interlacing, scaling, color format conversion and frame rate conversion, while SG-DMA transfer provides approximately 1200 MB/s per-channel DMA bandwidth. An on-board dip switch supports multi-card installation (up to 16 card numbers), making the card well-suited for multi-source recording, live production switching, education and medical imaging applications that demand compact 4K capture.
