Product Description
The MT2-U2100 is an NVMe M.2 SSD to NVMe U.2 2.5” SFF-8639 SSD adapter that turns an enterprise-class PCIe Gen3 x4 M.2 NVMe SSD into a 2.5” U.2 68Pin SFF-8639 SSD. It is compliant with PCI Express 3.0 x4 lane and has an on-board NGFF type 2280-D5-M M Key socket with a movable stand-off, supporting PCIe Gen3 x4 M.2 80mm, 60mm and 42mm NVMe SSDs (types 2280, 2260, 2242), including dual-sided modules with 1.5mm component height. It supports PCIe L1 Power Management Substates with CLKREQ and provides 3.3V5A power to the SSD. Windows 10, Win8.1, Windows Server 2012 R2 and Linux native drivers support PCIe-NVMe and PCIe-AHCI SSDs without a driver. A 2.5” drive metal frame is included.
