The NVIDIA Mellanox ConnectX-6 MCX653106A-HDAL is the liquid-cooled counterpart to the MCX653106A-HDAT, sharing the same MT28908A0-XCCF-HVM controller, PCIe 4.0 x16 interface, and dual 200Gb/s QSFP56 ports supporting InfiniBand HDR or 200GbE. Instead of a conventional air-cooled heatsink, the HDAL variant is fitted with a cold plate designed for insertion into liquid-cooled Intel Server System D50TNP platforms, and ships RoHS R6 compliant with a dedicated thermal-interface-material accessory kit. Electrically and functionally the card is identical to its air-cooled sibling — same dual-port throughput, latency, RDMA/RoCE v2 offloads, SR-IOV virtualization, and in-network computing accelerations — making it a drop-in choice for high-density, liquid-cooled server deployments that also require port redundancy or dual-fabric connectivity.
