The NVIDIA Mellanox ConnectX-6 MCX653106A-ECAT is the 2-port sibling of the MCX653105A-ECAT, delivering dual QSFP56 ports of up to 100Gb/s each — HDR100 or EDR InfiniBand, or 100GbE — over a single PCIe 3.0/4.0 x16 edge connector. Built on the ConnectX-6 (MT28908A0-XCCF-HVM) controller, it provides sub-600ns latency, hardware RDMA and NVIDIA's in-network computing accelerations across both ports, making it well suited to dual-fabric or bonded-link configurations, and to HPC/AI nodes that need port-level redundancy or aggregate bandwidth beyond a single-port card. It carries the full ConnectX-6 VPI feature set — GPUDirect RDMA, SR-IOV, ASAP² OVS offload, and NVMe-oF/T10-DIF storage acceleration. It is broadly OEM-qualified, cross-referenced under Lenovo part numbers 4C57A14178, 01PG721 and SC57A40944, and IBM part number 02CM912, for ThinkSystem and Power server platforms respectively.
