The NVIDIA Mellanox ConnectX-6 Lx MCX631105AN-GDAT is a single-port 50GbE network adapter in a compact PCIe HHHL form factor, designed to bring RDMA-class networking performance to cost- and power-sensitive cloud, enterprise, and edge servers. Built on the ConnectX-6 Lx ASIC (MT28942A0-YCCF-AE), the card connects through a PCIe 4.0 x8 host interface and provides a 50Gb/s QSFP28 port with hardware-accelerated RDMA over Converged Ethernet (RoCE v2), delivering low-latency, CPU-efficient data movement for storage and compute traffic. ASAP² hardware offload accelerates virtual switching and packet processing, while SR-IOV support enables efficient multi-tenant VM networking without sacrificing throughput. As the standard member of the MCX631105 series, without Crypto or Secure Boot, the MCX631105AN-GDAT is well suited to general-purpose cloud, virtualization, and NVMe-oF storage deployments where efficient RDMA networking and low power draw are priorities.
