Product Description
The NVIDIA Mellanox ConnectX-6 Dx MCX623436MN-CDAB is a dual-port 100 Gigabit Ethernet OCP 3.0 Small Form Factor adapter aimed at hyperscale and multi-tenant cloud infrastructure. Operating over a PCIe 4.0 x16 host interface, it delivers up to 100Gb/s per port through QSFP56 connectors and supports RDMA over Converged Ethernet (RoCE v2) for low-latency, CPU-efficient data movement between compute and storage nodes. ASAP² hardware offload accelerates Open vSwitch processing, reducing host CPU overhead in software-defined networking deployments. Multi-Host and Socket Direct technology allow a single MCX623436MN-CDAB to connect and serve up to four independent host servers with direct, NUMA-optimized PCIe access, maximizing network density per rack unit and lowering the number of adapters required per server fleet. Packaged in a tool-less, hot-swappable OCP 3.0 bracket, this adapter is well suited to cost-sensitive hyperscale deployments that need shared, high-throughput 100GbE connectivity without the added overhead of Secure Boot firmware validation.
