The NVIDIA Mellanox ConnectX-6 Dx MCX623430MS-CDAB is a dual-port 100 Gigabit Ethernet network adapter in the OCP 3.0 Small Form Factor, built for high-density hyperscale and enterprise rack deployments. Connecting through a PCIe 4.0 x16 host interface, it delivers up to 100Gb/s per port over DSFP connectors and supports RDMA over Converged Ethernet (RoCE v2) for low-latency, CPU-efficient data movement between compute and storage nodes. Hardware-accelerated ASAP² offload for Open vSwitch reduces host CPU load in software-defined networking environments, while Secure Boot authenticates adapter firmware on every power cycle to guard against unauthorized code.
