The NVIDIA Mellanox ConnectX-6 Dx EN adapter (MCX623105AS-VDAT) is a single-port 200GbE card on a PCIe 4.0 x16 host interface, and is the Secure Boot-only SKU in the ConnectX-6 Dx 200GbE family. It adds a hardware root-of-trust that authenticates the adapter's firmware image at boot, blocking unauthorized or tampered firmware from loading — a safeguard increasingly required in security-conscious cloud and government deployments — without the added inline Crypto (IPsec/TLS) offload engine found on the AC and AE variants.
