The NVIDIA Mellanox ConnectX-6 Lx MCX621102AC-ADAT is a dual-port 25GbE SFP28 adapter built on the ConnectX-6 Lx silicon (MT28942A0-YCCF-AE controller) with a PCIe 4.0 x8 host interface. This SKU adds hardware Root-of-Trust with Secure Boot and inline crypto acceleration to the Lx family's baseline RoCE v2 RDMA, SR-IOV, and NVMe-oF storage-offload capabilities, enabling firmware-integrity verification and hardware-accelerated data-in-motion encryption without added host CPU load. Stateless CPU offloads, jumbo frame support, and hardware QoS help sustain line-rate 25GbE throughput in power- and space-constrained servers, while NC-SI sideband management enables BMC-based out-of-band monitoring.
