Product Description
The NVIDIA Mellanox MCX565M-CDAB OCP3.0 is a ConnectX-5 Ethernet network adapter built in the OCP 3.0 Small Form Factor (SFF) Card format for direct mounting in OCP-compliant server platforms. Based on the MT28804A0-FCCF-CEM controller, it provides 1 port of 100Gb/s connectivity over QSFP28 cages, connecting to the host over PCIe 4.0 x16. It is an Ethernet-focused design delivering RoCE v2 RDMA for latency-sensitive, CPU-offloaded networking. Hardware offloads for RDMA, NVMe-oF, SR-IOV and overlay-network encapsulation reduce host CPU load while sustaining line-rate throughput, and the OCP form factor simplifies serviceability and airflow in dense, hyperscale-style chassis. Multi-Host and Socket Direct support further let the card be shared efficiently across multiple host CPUs in multi-socket server designs.
