Product Description

The Magewell Pro Convert for NDI to HDMI Module is a hot-swappable NDI/IP-to-HDMI decoder module designed exclusively for the Modator 2U rack chassis. It decodes NDI High Bandwidth, NDI®|HX, NDI® HX2, NDI® HX3, RTSP, HTTP, HLS, RTMP Pull/Push, MPEG-TS over UDP/SRT/RTP and TVU network streams in real time and outputs them as HDMI 2.0 video, with a maximum output of 4096x2160 60fps 4:4:4 8-bit. Its built-in decoding covers SpeedHQ/H.264/H.265 video and AAC/MP3 audio, and it supports the latest NDI® 6.3 standard, decoding streams at up to 2Kp60. The module receives IP sources over a 1000Mbps Ethernet port and can be centrally managed remotely through the Web UI or Magewell Control Hub, with HTTP APIs also provided for third-party integration. The Web UI offers comprehensive output configuration including OSD, de-interlacing, resolution, audio gain, sample rate and channel mapping, and supports 48KHz 8-channel audio output. Installed hot-swap into the Modator 2U chassis for centralized power and Ethernet management, the module is well suited for studio, live production, enterprise and broadcast environments wherever multiple IP video sources need to be converted back to HDMI output.
