The Magewell Pro Convert for NDI to AIO Module is a hot-swappable network video decoder module designed exclusively for the Modator 2U rack chassis. It decodes all major IP streaming protocols — NDI High Bandwidth, NDI HX, NDI HX2, NDI HX3, RTSP, HTTP, HLS, RTMP Pull/Push, MPEG-TS over UDP/SRT/RTP and TVU — at up to 2Kp60. The module provides both HDMI 1.4 and SDI outputs, simultaneously delivering the same decoded signal to a monitor, switcher or downstream broadcast equipment, with both HDMI and SDI outputting up to 1920x1080p60. It performs SpeedHQ/H.264/H.265 video decoding and AAC/MP3 audio decoding, supports NDI 6.3, and delivers 48KHz 8-channel audio over both HDMI and SDI. The 3G-SDI output supports a transmission distance greater than 150m and includes CEA-608/608 over 708 captions plus a wide range of SDI standards. Connecting to the IP network via an RJ45 1000Mbps Ethernet port, it can be centrally and remotely managed through the Web UI or Magewell Control Hub, making it well suited for multi-channel concentrated deployments in studio, live production, broadcast and enterprise video systems that need to convert IP signals back to HDMI and SDI.
