Product Description
The Magewell Pro Convert SDI Plus is a standalone single-channel NDI encoder that converts SD/HD/3G-SDI video signals in real time to NDI High Bandwidth streams while simultaneously providing an SDI loop-through output. The device outputs NDI streams over a 10/100/1000Mbps Ethernet connection, supports IEEE 802.3af PoE for power over the network cable, and can also be powered via USB or a 5V power adaptor. It accepts input and delivers output at up to 2048x1080 60fps, and can receive 3G-SDI signals transmitted over cable runs of up to 200 meters (656 feet). Built-in PTZ camera control lets users command PTZ cameras via NDI using VISCA, PELCO-P, PELCO-D and related protocols. Remote management is provided through a Web UI and Magewell Control Hub, with real-time signal monitoring, hardware-accelerated de-interlacing, scaling, frame-rate conversion and aspect-ratio adjustment. The Pro Convert SDI Plus is well suited for live production, conference rooms, education environments and broadcast workflows built on NDI.
