The MTE-U3700 is a 7-port USB 3.0 PCI Express 2.0 host adapter offering 6 external and 1 internal USB 3.0 Type-A ports at SuperSpeed 5Gbps in a Low Profile PCIe card (PCIe Gen2 x1 Lane) with a Renesas chipset. It is compliant with Universal Serial Bus 3.0 Specification Revision 1.0 and Intel xHCI Specification 1.0, and supports USB 3.0, USB 2.0 and USB 1.1 devices at SuperSpeed (5 Gbps), HighSpeed (480 Mbps), FullSpeed (12 Mbps) and LowSpeed (1.5 Mbps). The board is powered by the PCIe slot and provides 5V/1A USB bus power to USB devices, with additional 5V current available from the PC power supply when a 15Pin SATA Power connector is connected. Windows 10, Win8, Server 2012 and Linux kernel 2.6.31 and later support UASP with in-box drivers, and a regular size and Low Profile bracket are both provided.
