The MTI-U3200 is a 2-port external USB 3.0 PCI host adapter in a Low Profile form factor, adding two Type-A USB 3.0 ports to an existing PCI main board. It is a PCI 33 / 66MHz host adapter compliant with PCI Specification 3.0, Universal Serial Bus 3.0 Specification Revision 1.0 and Intel xHCI Specification 0.95, using a Renesas NEC USB 3.0 chipset. The two ports offer SuperSpeed, HighSpeed, FullSpeed and LowSpeed transactions and support USB 3.0, USB 2.0 and USB 1.1 devices. USB 3.0 bus power comes from the motherboard PCI slot directly, or from the PC power supply if the on-board Molex 4Pin connector is connected. Windows 10, Win8, Server 2012 and Linux kernel 2.6.31 and later support UASP with in-box drivers, and both regular size and Low Profile PCI brackets are provided.
