Broadcom N1100G 100GbE OCP 3.0 Adapter

The Broadcom N1100G is a single-port 100GbE OCP 3.0 Small Form Factor Ethernet adapter built on Broadcom's NetXtreme-E BCM57504 ("Thor") controller, engineered for cloud and enterprise data centers that need flexible, high-bandwidth server connectivity. The adapter presents one 25/40/50/100GbE port over a QSFP28 cage and connects to the host through a PCIe Gen4 x16 interface, matching line-rate throughput at 100Gbps. Four 56G PAM4 SerDes lanes let the port auto-negotiate to lower speeds or be reconfigured for different link modes, giving IT teams deployment flexibility across mixed-speed racks. The N1100G extends RDMA over Converged Ethernet (RoCEv2) with advanced congestion management, and TruFlow line-rate offload accelerates virtual-switch and tunnel processing for SDN-heavy environments. A silicon Root-of-Trust anchors secure boot and attestation, while multi-host connectivity and NIC partitioning allow several CPUs to share the same adapter. TruManage completes the package with standards-based remote manageability for hyperscale and enterprise fleets.
